Services and Scope

RefVPN provides access to international routes, subscription management, and client access, covering 120+ countries and 190+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes are shown in the user panel and client. Coverage does not mean that routes in every region will always have the same status.

The service provides network connectivity and acceleration; it does not include third-party platform accounts, content subscriptions, or paid benefits. Access to a third-party service remains subject to its regional policies, account eligibility, and terms of use. Connecting through a route in a particular region does not grant authorization to use that platform.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure. Do not publish subscription details, resell access, or share a personal account with others as a shared service. If you suspect that your credentials have been exposed or your account is being used unusually, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for use across the account holder's devices. This does not permit reselling access or sharing it with the public. You are responsible for keeping your devices secure and preventing other programs or users from consuming your account traffic.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Check plan pricing and your order details at payment for specific prices and traffic allowances. Monthly subscriptions and traffic packages have different usage rules.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your use of the service, as well as the terms of any platform you access. You may not use the service for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, distributing malware, unauthorized data access, or other unlawful activity.

Do not deliberately disrupt route operations, misuse network resources, or interfere with other users' normal use. You are responsible for the content you transmit, your access activity, and actions involving third-party accounts. The service does not replace your responsibility to assess whether content is lawful or whether you are authorized to use a platform.

Availability and Scope of Liability

Network connections are affected by factors such as your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, route maintenance, and changes to third-party services. RefVPN does not promise consistent connection performance across all times, regions, and platforms, or guarantee that specific third-party content will remain accessible.

If an issue occurs, submit the circumstances, platform, and error message to help with troubleshooting. Do not send your password or complete subscription details in a support ticket. RefVPN will address issues based on their circumstances. Nothing in this availability statement excludes liability that the service is required to bear by law.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Log in to the user panel and submit your request through the support ticket portal, including the order details that need review. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied, and a completed troubleshooting process is not required.

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. After you submit a request, RefVPN will verify your account and payment records and provide updates through the support ticket. Do not share payment credentials or sensitive information with other users or through channels outside the user panel. This policy does not add unstated traffic-usage or device-count conditions to reduce the refund commitment above.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If an account is involved in unlawful activity, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or repeated disruption of the service, RefVPN may restrict relevant features or terminate the service, depending on the circumstances, and explain the basis for its action where permitted by applicable law. If you disagree with the outcome, you may request a review through a support ticket. Account restrictions do not automatically remove rights you are entitled to by law or the refund rights stated in these terms.

Changes to these terms will be announced through the updated date on this page and notices in the user panel. Material changes to benefits under existing subscriptions will be clearly communicated; changes will not be made silently to retroactively reduce promised benefits. Review updates before continuing to use the service. If you have questions about a change or do not accept it, contact support through a ticket.
